Sirigen’s Project Green is specifically focused on the Luminex family of instrumentation.
We are producing a direct SAPE detection reagent replacement with improved sensitivity and greater reproducibility, making it a superior choice for inclusion in assay kits and protocols. Further, due to the thermostability of HSF™ polymers we are looking to provide a detection reagent for Luminex molecular assays that can be added at reaction set up. This will confer for the first time, the convenience and reduced risk of cross contamination afforded by conversion to a homogeneous assay format.
